    هدفت هذا الورقة إلي السعي نحو تعليم مصري جديد في ضوء تأکيدالبنک الدولي علي أهمية تطوير مخرجات العملية التعليمية لتحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة وخفض الفقر التعليمي إلى النصف، وتحسين جودة المعلم، وزيادة جاهزية الفصول الدراسية، وتوفير بيئة آمنة للتعلم وتطوير الهيکل الإداري للتعليم وصولاً إلى التعليم للجميع.
  وقد سعت تلک الورقة لتحقيق ذلک من خلال الإشارة إلى أهمية الفصول الذکية "التي طبقتها مصر في بعض المدارس للقضاء على کثافة الفصول" وکذلک الاشارة إلى  مشروع المدارس المصرية اليابانية والتي أصبحت واقعاً داخل منظومة التعليم المصرية.
Abstract
The paper aimed to seek a new Egyptian education in light of the World Bank’s emphasis on the importance of developing the outputs of the educational process to achieve the goals of sustainable development and reduce educational poverty in half, improve teacher quality, increase classroom readiness, provide a safe environment for learning and develop the administrative structure for education to access education for everyone.
And it sought to achieve this by referring to the importance of smart classes "that Egypt applied in some schools to eliminate classroom density," as well as referring to the Egyptian-Japanese schools project, which has become a reality within the Egyptian education system.
