هدف البحث إلى التعرف على واقع توظيف منصات التعليم الافتراضي في تدريس مقررات جامعة دهوک في ظل أزمة جائحة فايروس کورونا (کوفيد-19) من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس، وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي نظراً لملاءمته لطبيعة البحث, وتم تطبيق أدوات البحث والمتمثلة باستبانة واقع توظيف منصات التعليم الافتراضي في تدريس مقررات جامعة دهوک في ظل أزمة جائحة فايروس کورونا (کوفيد-19), والتي تکونت من (4) مجالات يتفرع منها (78) فقرة، وتم تطبيقها على عينة مکونة من (60) عضو هيئة تدريس في جامعة دهوک بإقليم کوردستان العراق، واشتمل الأسلوب الإحصائي المستخدم في البحث على (معاملات الارتباط، ومعامل الفا کرونباخ ومعامل التجزئة النصفية، والنسب المئوية، ومعنوية النسب، ونسب التحسن، والفرق بين نسبتين, وذلک باستخدام حزمة البرامج الإحصائية SPSS, وتوصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج والتي کان من أهمها:
-       واقع توظيف منصات التعليم الافتراضي فيما يخص الطلاب على أرض الواقع کانت بنسبة مرتفعة.
-       واقع توظيف منصات التعليم الافتراضي فيما يخص عضو هيئة التدريس على أرض الواقع کانت متوافقة بنسبة متوسطة.
-       واقع توظيف منصات التعليم الافتراضي فيما يخص المقررات الدراسية على أرض الواقع کانت متوافقة بنسبة متوسطة.
-       معوقات توظيف منصات التعليم الافتراضي کانت متوافقة بنسبة مرتفعة.
وفي ضوء نتائج البحث أوصى الباحث بضرورة عقد مزيد من الدورات والورش التدريبية المتخصصة في مجال استخدام المنصات الرقمية باختلاف أنواعها ومسمياتها في العملية التعليمية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعة والاداريين، بالإضافة إلى تطوير وتدريب طلاب الجامعة على مهارات التکنولوجيا الحديثة وکيفية مواکبة التطورات العلمية المتسارعة.
  Abstract
         The aim of the research is to identify the reality of employing virtual education platforms in teaching the courses of the University of Duhok in light of the crisis of the Coronavirus pandemic from the viewpoint of the faculty members. The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach due to its suitability to the nature of the research. In teaching the courses of the University of Duhok in light of the crisis of the Coronavirus pandemic, which included (4) areas from which (78) paragraphs are branched out, as they were applied to a sample of (60) faculty members at the University of Duhok in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, The statistical method used in the research included (correlation coefficients, Alpha Cronbach coefficient, half segmentation coefficient, percentages, significant percentages, improvement rates, and the difference between two percentages, by using the SPSS statistical software package, and the research reached a set of results, The most important of which were:

The reality of employing virtual education platforms with regard to students on the ground was high.
The reality of employing virtual learning platforms for the faculty member was compatible with a moderate percentage.
The reality of employing virtual learning platforms in terms of academic curricula was consistent with a moderate percentage.
Obstacles to employing virtual education platforms in teaching Duhok University courses in light of the Coronavirus pandemic crisis were compatible with a high percentage.   

In light of the research results, the researcher recommended the necessity of holding more specialized training courses and workshops in the field of using digital platforms of various types and names in the educational process for university faculty members and administrators, in addition to developing and training university students on modern technology skills and how to keep pace with the rapid scientific developments.
