المقررات المفتوحة عبر المنصات الالکترونية Open courses via electronic platforms

     انتشرت المقررات المفتوحة (MOOC ) "Massive open online courses "    بشکل واسع في الآونة الأخيرة، حيث يقدم المحتوى التعليمي عبر الإنترنت مجانا للمتعلمين في جميع أنحاء العالم مما ساعد على نشر المعرفة وتنمية المهارات في المجالات المختلفة وتبادل الخبرات بين العلماء والخبراء المتخصصين ، وتوفير بيئة تعليمية عالمية مفتوحة لأي شخص يمکنه التعلم فيها . وتشمل مقررات إلکترونية مکثفة تستهدف عدداً ضخماً من الطلاب، وتتکون من: فيديوهات لشرح المقرر يقدمها أساتذة وخُبراء ومواد للقِراءة واختبارات، فضلاً عن مُنتديات للتواصل بين الطلبة والأساتذةٍ من ناحية، والطلبة وبعضهم بعضاً من ناحية أخرى، ويعتمد أسلوب الدراسة به على الخطو الذاتي للطلاب، وتناولت ورقة العمل ﻧﺸﺄﺓ ﺍﻟﻤقررات ﺍﻟﻤﻔﺘﻮﺣﺔ و مفهومها و أبرز المنصات الخاصة بالمقررات المفتوحة و عناصر تصميمها، کما عرضت فوائد ومميزات المقررات المفتوحة و التحديات والعقبات التي تواجهها. وتوصلت إلى عدد من التوصيات منها التوسع في استخدام المقررات المفتوحة في الجامعات والمدارس، بالإضافة الى تدريب أعضاء هيئة التدريس والمعلمون على استخدامها وانتاجها.
Massive open online courses (MOOC) have spread widely in recent times, providing free online educational content to learners all over the world, which has helped to spread knowledge, develop skills in various fields, exchange experiences between scholars and specialized experts, and provide an educational environment A world open to anyone who can learn in it. It includes intensive electronic courses targeting a large number of students, and it consists of videos to explain the course provided by professors and experts, reading materials and tests, as well as forums for communication between students and professors on the one hand, and students and each other on the other hand. The working paper dealt with the emergence and concept of open courses, the most prominent platforms for open courses, and their design elements. It also presented the benefits and features of open courses and the challenges and obstacles they face. And it reached some recommendations, including expanding the use of open courses in universities and schools, in addition to training faculty members and teachers on their use and production.
