درجة امتلاك الكفايات المهنية لقائدات مدارس المرحلة الثانوية لتفعيل مهامهن في ظل التعليم عن بعد من وجهة نظر المعلمات Professional Competencies of Secondary School Principals to Activate their Roles within Distance Education from Teachers’ Perspectives

     هدف البحث الحالي إلى قياس درجة امتلاك الكفايات المهنية لقائدات مدارس المرحلة الثانوية لتفعيل مهامهن في ظل التعليم عن بعد من وجهة نظر المعلمات. حيث هدف إلى تحديد الكفايات المهنية اللازمة لتفعيل مهام قائدات المدارس الثانوية في ظل التعليم عن بعد بمحافظة بيشة، والوقوف على درجة توافر تلك الكفايات المهنية، وتقديم التصور المقترح لتدريب قائدات المدارس الثانوية بمحافظة بيشة في ضوء الكفايات المهنية في ظل التعليم عن بعد. وتأتي أهمية البحث الحالي ضمن إطار الاهتمام العالمي بتفعيل تقنيات التعليم واستخدام نموذج التعليم عن بعد، خاصة فيما يتعلق بدور قادة المدارس. ولتحقيق أهداف البحث، استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية من مجتمع البحث بلغ عددها (381) معلمة موزعين على مكاتب التعليم بمنطقة بيشة التعليمية، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث استخدمت الباحثة قائمة الكفايات المهنية (إعداد الباحثة) واستبيان الكفايات المهنية (إعداد الباحثة) بأبعادهما الأربعة: (الكفايات المهنية الإدارية - الكفايات المهنية القيادية - الكفايات المهنية الاجتماعية - الكفايات المهنية الإنسانية). وقد أوضحت النتائج موافقة عينة البحث من الخبراء بدرجة كبيرة على ضرورة وجود تلك الكفايات الفرعية الأربعة للكفايات المهنية لدى مديرات المدارس. كما أثبتت النتائج موافقة عينة البحث من معلمات المرحة الثانوية بدرجة متوسطة على توافر الكفايات المهنية لدى قائدات مدارس المرحلة الثانوية لتفعيل مهامهن في ظل التعليم عن بعد. وارتكازا على نتائج الدراسة، قدمت الباحثة تصوراً مقترحاً لتدريب قائدات المدارس الثانوية بمحافظة بيشة في ضوء الكفايات المهنية في ظل التعليم عن بعد.
The aim of the current research is to measure the degree of professional competencies of secondary school principals to activate their roles within distance education from teachers’ perspectives. it aimed to determine the professional competencies necessary to activate the roles of secondary school principals in Bisha governorate, determine the degree of availability of these professional competencies, and to present a proposed vision for training secondary school principals in Bisha in the light of professional competencies. The importance of the current research comes within the framework of global interest in activating educational technologies and using the distance education model, especially regarding the role of school principals. To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach, A random sample of (381) female teachers was selected. The sample was (31.4%) of the total community (1198) teachers. the researcher used the four dimensions professional competencies checklist and professional competencies questionnaire (administration - leadership - social - humanitarian). The results showed that the experts agreed to a large extent on the necessity of having these four sub-competencies of professional competencies. The humanitarian professional competencies got the highest rank with a total mean  (4.19), second, the administrative professional competencies with a total mean  (3.92), third the leadership professional competencies with a total mean  (3.24), and finally, the social professional competencies with a total mean  (2.25), The results also demonstrated the agreement of the participants to a medium degree on the availability of professional competencies for secondary school principals to activate their roles in light of distance education. The professional and humanitarian competencies obtained the highest availability with an average (3.61) (89%), second the administrative professional competencies with an average (2.06) (84%), third the professional social competencies with an average (2.04) (62%). Finally, the leadership professional competencies with an average (2.03) (24%). Based on the results of the study, the researcher presented a proposed vision for training secondary school principals in Bisha governorate in the light of professional competencies considering distance education.
