    تناول البحث الرؤية التربوية للمغفور له الشيخ زايد بن سلطان آل نهيان، طيب الله ثراه، وأثرها العميق في تطوير النظام التعليمي في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة. استعرض البحث المبادئ الأساسية التي قامت عليها رؤية الشيخ زايد، مثل التركيز على بناء الإنسان، تعزيز العدالة التعليمية، ودمج القيم الوطنية والإنسانية في التعليم. كما تم تحليل تأثير هذه الرؤية على السياسات والمبادرات التعليمية التي ساهمت في تحقيق قفزات نوعية في مجال التعليم الإماراتي، من خلال تحقيق التنمية الشاملة والاستدامة. اختُتم البحث بتقديم نتائج مهمة حول الأثر الإيجابي للرؤية التربوية للشيخ زايد، مع تقديم توصيات ومقترحات عملية لاستمرار الاستفادة منها في تطوير التعليم بما يتماشى مع التحديات المستقبلية.

The study explores the core principles underpinning Sheikh Zayed's vision, such as focusing on human development, promoting educational equity, and integrating national and humanitarian values into education. It also analyzes the influence of this vision on educational policies and initiatives, which have significantly contributed to the remarkable progress of the UAE's educational sector by achieving comprehensive and sustainable development. The research concludes with important findings regarding the positive impact of Sheikh Zayed's educational vision and provides practical recommendations and suggestions to ensure its continued application in the advancement of education to meet future challenges.
