يهدف البحث الحالى إلى دراسة" أثر التفاعل بين نمطى الممارسة (الموزعة/المرکزة) فى بيئات التعلم الإلکتروني المُصغر عبر الجوال، ومستوى کفاءة الذاکرة العاملة (المرتفعة/المنخفضة)، وفيما يتعلق بتأثيرهم على تنمية مهارات إنتاج محاضرات الفيديو وخفض التجول العقلى لدى طلاب کلية التربية"، تم تطبيق هذا البحث على طلاب الفرقه الثانية کلية التربية جامعة حلوان فى مقرر تکنولوجيا التعليم فى التخصص، وتکونت أدوات البحث من : الاختبار التحصيلى وبطاقة الملاحظة لمهارات إنتاج محاضرات الفيديو، وبطاقة تقييم المنتج، ومقياس التجول العقلى، وکشفت نتائج الدراسة الرئيسة على وجود فروق بين متوسطات درجات الطلاب في الاختبار التحصيلى وبطاقة الملاحظة لمهارات إنتاج محاضرات الفيديو، وبطاقة تقييم المنتج، ومقياس التجول العقلى؛ وذلک نتيجة للتفاعل بين نمط ممارسة النشاط ومستوى کفاءة الذاکرة العاملة للطلاب.
The current research aims at recognizing The relationship between kinds kind of activity practice (distributed- Massed) and interacting by the level of Working Memory Capacity (High-Low ) and their impact on Developing College of Education Students' Video lectures production Skills and reducing mind wandering. The Measurement Tools were the Achievement test, product evaluation card and mind wandering measurement. The results of the research were as follow:  There was a difference of statistical significant at the level of ≤ (0.05) between the mean scores of earning for the experimental groups students in the achievement  test while using instructional  micro e-learning environments based on mobile, as a result of practice of activity  types (distributed practice/massed practice) and with interacting by the level of Working Memory Capacity  (High-Low ) . There was a difference of statistical significant at the level of ≤ (0.05) between the mean scores of earning for the experimental groups students in the video lectures production skills card while using instructional  micro e-learning environments based on mobile, as a result of practice of activity  types (distributed practice/massed practice) and with interacting by the level of Working Memory Capacity  (High-Low ) . There was a difference of statistical significant at the level of ≤ (0.05) between the mean scores of earning for the experimental groups students in the mind wandering measurement while using instructional micro e-learning environments based on mobile, as a result of the practice of activity  types (distributed practice/massed practice) and with interacting by level of Working Memory Capacity  (High-Low).
