واقع استخدام التعليم الإلكتروني خلال جائحة كورونا من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس والتدريب بدولة الكويت The Reality Of Using E-Learning During The COVID-19 Pandemic From The Perspective Of Faculty Members And Trainers In Kuwait.

هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن واقع التعليم الإلكتروني في ظل جائحة كورونا من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس والتدريب في الكويت. وقد قامت الباحثة باختيار عينة عشوائية قوامها (114) مفردة، ممن يعملون في الهيئة العامة للتعليم والتدريب في الكويت. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة؛ تم الاستعانة بالمنهج الوصفي لتتبع واقع التعليم الإلكتروني في ظل أزمة كورونا من خلال الاستعانة بأدوات التحليل والإحصاء المعروفة، مثل الاستبانة والتي تكونت من (30) عبارة موزعة على ثلاث محاور، بهدف التعرف على واقع التعليم الإلكتروني في ظل جائحة كورنا والكشف عن وجهات نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس والتدريب تجاه فاعلية هذه النوعية من التعليم كحلول طارئة خلال الأزمة.
وقد أظهرت نتائج البحث تباين وجهات النظر حول هذه التجربة الجديدة والطارئة. خاصة فيما يتعلق بالتطبيق العملي لمهارات التعلم الإلكتروني التي تمثلت في عرض محتويات المناهج الدراسية وعرض المحاضرات بسهولة ويسر، بالإضافة إلى طرق تقييم الطلاب إلكترونيًا وتقديم الاختبارات والرد على الاستفسارات والتقييم المستمر للطلاب. أيضًا أظهرت النتائج اختلاف عينة الدراسة حول مميزات التعلم الإلكتروني فيما يتعلق بالفاعلية والسهولة ودوره في زيادة تحصيل الطلاب وتوفير الجهد والمال وتعزيز العلاقة بين مجتمع التعليم وزيادة الدافعية والتحفيز لدى الطلاب والمعلمين على حد سواء.
كما أوضحت النتائح أنه رغم اتفاق أفراد العينة على استخدام مهارات التعليم الإلكتروني خلال الجائحة، لكن ثمة اختلاف في مستويات وترتيب استخدام هذه المهارات من وجهة نظرهم. وبالمثل، تنوعت اتجاهات أعضاء هيئة التدريس نحو التعليم الإلكتروني بين مؤيد ومعارض. من ناحية أخرى، كان هناك اتفاق واضح على توافر البنية التحتية لتفعيل التعليم الإلكتروني في دولة الكويت في ظل أزمة كورونا.  
 Abstract:
The study aimed to investigate the reality of e-learning in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic from the perspective of faculty members and trainers in Kuwait. The researcher selected a random sample of 114 individuals working in the General Organization for Education and Training in Kuwait. To achieve the study's objectives, a descriptive approach was utilized to assess the reality of e-learning during the COVID-19 crisis, using well-known tools of analysis and statistics such as a questionnaire. The questionnaire consisted of 30 statements distributed across three dimensions, with the aim of understanding the reality of e-learning during the pandemic and uncovering the perspectives of faculty members and trainers regarding the effectiveness of this type of emergency education solution during the crisis.
The study results revealed a divergence of opinions regarding the implementation of e-learning skills during the pandemic. These skills encompassed methods of delivering academic content to students and presenting lectures easily and with minimal effort and time, as well as means of testing students, assessing their performance, and continuously addressing their inquiries and questions. The findings indicated variations among the study sample in terms of support or opposition to the advantages of e-learning and its role in the educational process, student motivation, and enhancing the relationship with teachers.
Additionally, there was agreement within the study community on the use of e-learning skills during the pandemic, while at the same time, there were differences in the methods of utilizing these skills. This means that there is a diversity of perspectives among faculty members regarding e-learning, with some being supportive and others opposing. Despite the agreement on the availability of infrastructure by the General Authority for Education and Training to facilitate the implementation of e-learning in Kuwait during the COVID-19 crisis  .
