هدف البحث الى تعرف فاعلية فاعلية برنامج تدريبي لتنمية مهارات تصميم المواقع الصحفية والإعلانات الإلكترونية لدى أخصائى الإعلام التربوى بالمرحلة الثانوية و أعدت الباحثة قائمة مهارات تصميم المواقع الصحفية والإعلانات الإلكترونية، واختبار تصميم المواقع الصحفية والإعلانات الإلكترونية، وبطاقة تقييم المنتج النهائي، وبرنامج تدريبي، متضمنًا: دليل المدرب ودليل المتدرب.
تم تطبيق أدوات البحث ومواده التعليمية على مجموعة بحثية واحدة مكونة من ثلاثة وثلاثين أخصائي من أخصائي الإعلام التربوي بمحافظة القاهرة، وذلك من مدارس ست إدارات تعليمية من إدارات المحافظة، وذلك لمدة شهرين خلال العام الدرسي2022/ 2023م
وأسفرت نتائج البحث عن: وجود فروق دال إحصائياً بين متوسطي درجات أخصائي الإعلام التربوي المجموعة التجريبية في التطبيقين (القبلي/ البعدي) لبطاقة تقييم المنتج النهائي المرتبطة بمهارات تصميم موقع صحفي إلكتروني لصالح التطبيق البعدي، وكذلك  وجود فروق دال إحصائياً بين متوسطي درجات أخصائي الإعلام التربوي المجموعة التجريبية في التطبيقين (القبلي/ البعدي) لبطاقة تقييم المنتج النهائي المرتبطة بمهارات تصميم إعلان إلكتروني لصالح التطبيق البعدي، كما أظهرت نتائج البحث فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي في تنمية مهارات تصميم المواقع الصحفية والإعلانات الإلكترونية لدى أخصائي الإعلام التربوي بالمرحلة الثانوية
Abstract:
The current research aimed to develop the skills of designing press websites and electronic advertisements through a training teaching for educational media specialists at the secondary stage, and to achieve the goal of the research, the researcher prepared a list of journalistic web design skills and electronic advertisements, a test for designing press websites and electronic advertisements, a final product evaluation card, and a training program, including: the trainer's guide and the trainee's guide.The research tools and educational materials were applied to one research group consisting of thirty-three specialists from the educational media specialist in Cairo Governorate, from the schools of six educational departments from the governorate's departments, for a period of two months during the academic year 2022/2023.The results of the research resulted in: The existence of statistically significant differences between the average scores of the educational media specialist The experimental group in the two applications (pre / post) of the final product evaluation card associated with the level of designing a website in favor of the post-application, as well as the existence of statistically significant differences between the average scores of the educational media specialist The experimental group in the two applications (pre / post) of the final product evaluation card associated with the level of designing an electronic advertisement in favor of the post-application, and the results of the research showed the effectiveness of the training program in developing design skills Press websites and electronic advertisements for the educational media specialist at the secondary stage.
