"دور بنك المعرفة المصري في التعلم من بعد – دراسة تقويمية" "The role of Egyptian Knowledge Bank in evaluated distance Learning-An Evaluative study"

نتيجة للظروف التي مر بها العالم بسبب جائحة كوروناCovid19 وما سببته من ضرر وحالة من التخبط في التعليم كان لابد من البحث عن مصادر موثوق فيها ومعتمدة يلجأ إليها الطالب والمعلم وولي الأمر للحصول علي مصادر المعلومات المختلفة والتي تتطابق مع طبيعة المناهج المصرية.و من هنا تأتي أهمية التعرف علي بنك المعرفة المصري ودوره كظيهر لعملية التعليم والتعلم عن بعد،كما تركز الدراسة علي توضيح مدي إلمام الطلاب والمعلمين وأولياء الأمور بأهمية بنك المعرفة وكيفية استخدامه.
     طُبقت الدراسة علي عينة عشوائية من الطلاب والمعلمين وأولياء الأمور من مختلف قطاعات التعليم في مصر ومن مختلف المراحل التعليمية، تكونت عينة الدراسة من 323 معلما و275 طالبا و217 ولي أمر،كانت الأداة الاساسية المستخدمة في الدراسة هي ثلاثة استبانات.
أفادت نتائج الدراسة أن نسبة 88.8% معلما قام بإنشاء حساب على بنك المعرفة المصري، بينما 11.2% لم يقم بإنشاء حساب على بنك المعرفة المصري، بينما أفاد 83.8% معلما أن بنك المعرفة المصري ليس مصدره الوحيد للحصول على المعلومات. أفادت نسبة 60.6% طالبا لم يقم بإنشاء حساب على بنك المعرفة المصري،كما افادت نسبة 81% طالبا أن بنك المعرفة المصري مصدره الوحيد للحصول على المعلومات. أفاد 54.6% ولي أمر أنه قام بإنشاء حساب على بنك المعرفة المصري.كما أفاد 80.8% ولي أمر أن بنك المعرفة المصري ليس مصدره الوحيد للحصول على المعلومات. وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة عمل ورش تدريبيه للمعلمين والطلاب وأولياء الأمور، كما يجب تدريس مهارة البحث وعمل أبحاث من خلال بنك المعرفة المصري للطلاب في المدارس في حصص الحاسب الالي، وكذلك الأهتمام بالمواد الأدبية والتعليم الفني ومواد اللغات حتي تعم الفائدة علي الجميع.
Based on Egypt’s Vision 2030 for Sustainable Development Goals, the strategic plan for the development of K12, the importance of developing the education system in Egypt and the interest in increasing the ability of students to think، innovate, and with the interest of the state in implementing many infrastructure projects, construction, roads and new cities, the Egyptian Knowledge Bank, which was launched in January 2016, remains one of the most important، sustainable and influential projects of the country. The project is specifically investing in human beings.
The Egyptian Knowledge Bank (EKB) is one of the main pillars of President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi’s initiative “Towards an Egyptian society that learns, thinks and innovates”, whose objectives were to spread knowledge science and support education and scientific research to advance the outputs of education.
As a result of the circumstances that the world went through due to the Covid19 pandemic, the damage it caused and a state of confusion in education, it was necessary to look for reliable sources which the student, teacher and the guardian can rely on in his study. Previously we can notice the importance of Egyptian Knowledge Bank for the e-Learning.
 The study also focuses on Students, teachers and parents are familiar with the importance of the Knowledge Bank and how to use it. The study was applied to a random sample of students, teachers and parents from different sectors of education in Egypt and from different educational levels, the sample of the study was made up of 323 teachers, 275 students and 217 guardians. The main tool used in the study was three questionnaires.
As a result of the study, 88.8% reported that he had created an account on the Egyptian Knowledge Bank, while 11.2% did not create an account on the Egyptian Knowledge Bank, while 83.8% reported that The Egyptian Knowledge Bank was not its only source of information. According to 60.6% of students who did not set up an account on the Egyptian Knowledge Bank, 81% said that The Knowledge Bank of Egypt is its only source of information. 54.6% of guardians reported that they had set up an account on the Egyptian Knowledge Bank.
 The study recommended the need to conduct training workshops for teachers, students and parents, as well as the skill of research work through the Egyptian Knowledge Bank for students in schools in computer classes, also the administrators of the Egyptian Knowledge Bank must update the curriculum continuously and take care of literary materials, technical education and language materials in order to benefit everyone.
